At 79.9 meters LOA, AWARE is defined by an exceptional three-deck architecture, resulting in a height of just 8 meters above the waterline. This deliberately low configuration creates an elongated, elegant profile while allowing a generous lounge, vast interior spaces and exterior decks with an optimal inside-out connection. At the highest level, an open-plan pavilion offers unrestricted views of the ocean in every direction.
Across the two higher decks, the connection with the water at the luxury area’s is all-encompassing, with unobstructed exterior spaces, floor-to-ceiling glazing and two huge fold-down hatches at the Beach Club. Located aft on the main deck, the 230 m² Beach Club incorporates an 11-meter pool, generous lounging space and direct access to the sea for watersports, toys and tender boarding.
AWARE’s Beach Club is a versatile retreat for wellness, relaxation, socializing and al-fresco dining. Two floor-to-ceiling hatches fold down to create a seamless 121 m² level floor, bringing the three-meter-high interior remarkably close to the sea. Flexible dividers provide privacy for yoga, workouts and beauty treatments, while lounge seating, a bar and cinema setting accommodate intimate moments or larger gatherings. Direct access from the aft deck and central staircase connects the Beach Club effortlessly with life onboard and the water beyond.
Located forward on AWARE’s main deck, the beam-wide Owner’s state room offers 80 m² of living, sleeping, bathroom and dressing space. Full-length windows create a sense of openness, while the bedroom and lounge extend onto a private balcony with glass sliding doors, transparent bulwarks and an open-air Jacuzzi. The integrated bathroom and dressing area features handcrafted sliding doors in glass and bleached wenge, alongside a bathtub carved from a single block of natural onyx. Throughout, custom-designed pieces and natural materials create an atmosphere of refined comfort and craftsmanship.
Four spacious guest state rooms surround AWARE’s central staircase lobby, each with full-length windows creating a continuous connection with the surrounding seascape. Ensuite bathrooms share the same openness, with full-height glazing, floating onyx vanities and separate shower and toilet cabins finished in natural stone. Throughout, hand-picked timbers, custom detailing and carefully selected materials combine comfort and craftsmanship, creating an atmosphere of intimacy and mindful hospitality.
At the heart of AWARE, a sculptural circular staircase connects all three decks within a soaring glass-covered void, appearing to float weightlessly through the space. Interlocking timber stringers support leather-clad steps and sweeping glass balustrades, while a subtle wooden ring connecting the staircase to the bridge deck pavilion is echoed by the large oculus skylight above. Monumental yet refined, the staircase embodies AWARE’s pure architectural design language.
On AWARE’s bridge deck, a vast 460 m² exterior deck surrounds an almost 200 m² open-plan pavilion, where lounge, dining, library and semi-open wheelhouse merge into one free-flowing space. The central staircase arrives beneath the oculus, leading towards the aft lounge and surrounding exterior decks for a seamless al-fresco experience. The semi-open wheelhouse combines advanced technology and optimal operation with generous seating for the owner and guests, and can be separated from the lounge by sliding doors whenever required.
