Over the years, Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design has received international recognition for both interior and exterior yacht design. From the early recognition of Musashi to recent award-winning projects such as SAN, Platinum, Lady Estey and Pangea, these accolades reflect a continuous pursuit of distinctive, highly considered design.
Awards are never the starting point of a Sinot design. Every yacht begins with its owner: how spaces are experienced, how people live on board and how architecture can strengthen the relationship between interior, exterior and the surrounding environment.
International recognition follows the realization of those ideas through close collaboration between owners, designers, naval architects, shipyards, engineers and craftspeople. From Musashi to the latest generation of yachts, these awarded projects represent more than a decade of evolving yacht architecture and design.
67m Benetti · 2025 – Lady Estey
Lady Estey combines an exterior by RWD with a fully customised interior by Sinot. At the 2026 World Superyacht Awards, she won the category for Displacement Motor Yachts between 500GT and 1,499GT. Her interior combines highly detailed bespoke finishes, natural materials and custom furniture with a private owner’s deck conceived around family life and privacy.
80m Amels · 2025 – Pangea
Pangea, the first Amels 80, combines exterior design by Espen Øino with an interior by Sinot. At the 2026 World Superyacht Awards, Pangea received a Judges’ Commendation. The Sinot interior uses wood, stone, leather and other natural materials to create a sequence of spaces inspired by different natural environments across the yacht’s decks.
78m Admiral · 2024 – Platinum
Platinum combines exterior design by Lobanov Design with interior architecture and design by Sinot. In 2025 she received the International Yacht & Aviation Award for Motor Yacht over 70 metres. Platinum subsequently won Best in Motor 1000–3000GT at the 2025 International Superyacht Society Design Awards. The ISS jury highlighted the yacht’s interior materials and detailing, thoughtful cabin configuration and panoramic owner’s suite, recognising a project that combines performance with interior quality.
45m Alia · 2024 – SAN
SAN represents a distinctly different approach to yacht architecture, with both exterior and interior architecture by Sinot. At the 2025 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards, SAN received the award for Outstanding Exterior Design, Motor Yachts 42–51.9m. Later that year, SAN won her category at the World Superyacht Awards for Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts 40–49.9m. The yacht was recognised for her low profile, uninterrupted sightlines and unconventional open-plan main deck, creating a strong connection between life on board and the surrounding environment.
60m Heesen · 2022 – Lusine
Lusine received a Judges’ Commendation for Interior Design at the 2023 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards. The jury highlighted the complexity and refinement of Sinot’s interior, including its elaborate lighting concept, detailed joinery, rich textures and use of natural stone. Lusine also received a Judges’ Commendation at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards, where her sophisticated interior was specifically recognised.
42.5m Feadship · 2022 – Callisto
With an interior by Sinot, Callisto received a Neptune at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards, winning the category for Semi-Displacement or Planing Motor Yachts 42m and Above. The highly customised yacht combines Feadship engineering with an interior developed around the owner’s individual lifestyle and use of the yacht.
77m Feadship · 2019 – PI
PI received one of the highest distinctions in the superyacht industry when she was named Motor Yacht of the Year at the 2020 World Superyacht Awards. She also won her category for Displacement Motor Yachts between 1,500GT and 1,999GT. The judges specifically recognised the relationship between her exterior architecture and Sinot’s Zen-like interior, praising the yacht’s harmonious minimalism, design quality and connection between inside and outside. PI also received Innovation of the Year at the 2020 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards.
70m Heesen · 2016 – Galactica Super Nova
Designed for speed without compromising comfort, Galactica Super Nova combines exterior design by Espen Øino with an interior by Sinot. The yacht received multiple international awards, including recognition at the World Superyacht Awards and Monaco Yacht Show. A particularly distinctive element of the Sinot interior, the sculptural staircase surrounding the glass elevator, also received design recognition. The project demonstrated how interior architecture could remain calm, spacious and coherent within one of the fastest yachts of her size.
88m Feadship · 2011 – Musashi
Musashi marked an important moment in Sinot’s history. Her interior received the Interior Design Award for Displacement Motor Yachts 60m+ at the 2012 ShowBoats Design Awards, where the jury recognised Sander Sinot’s achievement of modern elegance through pure design. That same year, Musashi received two further distinctions at the International Superyacht Society Design & Leadership Awards, winning both Best Interior and Best Power 65m+. The awards established Musashi as one of the defining large yacht interiors of its generation.
